Monitor Pest Control Ltd has a vacancy for a Pest Control Operations Manager.
This position has resulted from a retirement within the company and is required to manage and develop the operations of the Pest Control Division within the Monitor Services Group.

Based in Kent, Monitor Pest Control Ltd has been established for over 20 years and operates in London and the Home Counties.

The Remuneration starts at £28 – 30K + Bonuses, Commission + a company vehicle.

The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to develop and progress to an Operations Director position and represent the Pest Control Division on the Group Management Team.

Must Have a Full Clean Driving Licence, Self Motivated, Good Verbal and Written Skills to work in the London area.

BASIS and/or RSPH level 2 qualified is preferred but not essential, you should be able to demonstrate a real understanding of the Rural Hygiene market, with at least 5 years selling experience and strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
